From my experience in receiving massage, I find that a massage
on a regular basis actually transforms subtle aspects of my
life in gentle, gradual ways. I begin to feel less timid and
more expressive. I realize that different people will experience
a variety of results, but what is really transforming is the intention behind touch and the communication
between two people. With the proper intention expressed through
touch, healing occurs in this meditative space, which is a state
between sleep and wakefulness. This is why this massage is therapeutic
as well as relaxing. Massage on a regular basis creates positive changes;
gradually feelings of pain and anxiety are replaced with a sense of well
being. Massage provides the opportunity to pause, breathe and return to the essence.
